I booked a room for four but got a three-bed room instead. The lack of direct elevator access from the parking to the hotel was frustrating, especially with heavy luggage. Additionally, the temperature control in the room was non-existent as there was a central air conditioning system that couldn’t be adjusted.

The family room was spacious enough for my kids to run around, and being right next to the tram stop made our trips easy. We loved grabbing a bite at the nearby shops after exploring Ouchy Port. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be improved for families with children.
